I felt quite honored when David asked for me to write a reference letter for him.
David Keyser was my realtor for over one year. I cannot stress enough how patient and understanding David was with me.
Throughout our long search, David was very supportive, honest and compassionate about his work and my real estate needs. Not only did David not give up on our search, but he understood and explained the market to me every step of the way. He made me feel comfortable with the choices I was making.
David was very persistent in helping me find just the right house for me. He always listened and made a point to learn what exactly I wanted. He was always helpful with any question I called upon him for, no matter the time.
David made sure to explain the house buying process and pointed out problem areas I could expect in some of the houses we looked at. He never tried to hide anything.
Finally after about 1 year and 3 months David found my dream home! I felt very confident in my choice, and he represented me exceptionally well. David made every effort to do all the paperwork with me and walk me through everything, ensuring I understood what was happening.
A lot of thought goes into what David does. He is an avid problem solver. He also has an unusual ability to notice what others overlook.
I could continue with examples and descriptions of David and his outstanding qualities – his work ethic, positive attitude, and his energy to name three. Instead I would simply like to say how highly I think of David and how I strongly recommend him as a realtor or for any task that requires responsibility and attention to detail.

Hope that you and your family had a happy fourth! Sorry that we haven't been in touch, things have just been so crazy with the house and normal chaoticness of life!! I'm sure that you understand, as you are so busy too! Just wanted to thank you again for everything that you did to assist us in reaching our dream of owning our own home. We are so incredibly happy here - you have to stop by sometime and see everything that we did. The kids love it here!! It is really a wonderful feeling and a home that we truly love.
